Max the law dog
Attorney Tom Olsen: Chrissy, you and I agreed today that we're going to talk about Max the Dog. Max the Dog is our little toy poodle, a little six pounder, and we've had him for about a year now. The clients that come to see us, they know that we bring Max to the office and clients love him. I'm always amazed how many people either have dogs or had dogs, they're dog lovers, and Max is a great little dog. A couple of weeks ago, we just started doing something different because he goes with us to homes, everywhere we go, but now we're bringing him to the radio show as well.
Chrissy: Yes, this is Max's debut. Radio show debut and Max will be on our videos, so please check out Max the adorable, adorable dog. He will be on--
Attorney Tom Olsen: Let me hold him up here for the camera.
Chrissy: Yes.
Attorney Tom Olsen: Here. You're on, Max.
Chrissy: Max is on camera. And I have to say, Tom, that I think a brilliant idea of yours, which was Max is now a little over a year old. We got him, of course, as a puppy and you had the brilliant idea of saying, "Hey, you know what? I want Max to be there at the office for us, as for everybody, the staff as well as the clients." And exactly like you just said, the clients love having Max, and I just think, in my opinion, it just makes a better client experience.
Attorney Tom Olsen: It does. It makes everybody look a little calmer and less anxious because people, hey, you got to realize people get nervous when they go to see a lawyer.
Chrissy: Absolutely.
Attorney Tom Olsen: Hey, just sit Max in their lap and let him-- stroke him and pet him a little bit and everybody's all good.
Chrissy: Max's presence has really alleviated a lot of stress for people.
Attorney Tom Olsen: So we're inviting you to come to our office not only to get your will or trust done but meet Max as well.
Chrissy: Meet Max, yes, so thank you.
Attorney Tom Olsen: All right. Well, thank you that, Chrissy.
