She has $400,000 in the bank and he is very worried that he will have to spend all of that before his mom can go to a nursing home. We talked and I said, well, no, the house is protected. We don't have to worry about the house. It's not an accountable asset for Medicaid, but the $400,000, we can create a personal services contract, which is a Medicaid compliant tool that will pay him, the son, in advance for taking care of his mother. We protect all of the $400,000, so she can qualify for Medicaid automatically. She's under the asset limit and the estate is protected and it goes to him.
