Does patience come naturally, or do you have to work at it
Attorney Tom Olsen: Website, and that is olsenlawgroup.com. There are a number of lawyers here at the Olsen Law Group, they're all be willing to assist you with it. Holley is certainly one of them. If you want a younger lawyer who's got a lot of patience, Holley is a great choice for you.
Attorney Holley Knapik: Thank you, Tom.
Tom: Holley, I've met with-- he was put on my planner, and the gentleman came to me last week one day. It was late in the day, I was tired, I had a lot of appointments that day and a lot of brain drain, had to really work my brain on that day. Man, he tried to tell me his life story, and I just wasn't prepared for it. He walked out of here, and I said, "There may be a better lawyer at the Olsen Law Group to help you, and her name would be Holley." I've asked you to give him a call and see if you can bring him back and show him some patience.
Holley: Help him out. Absolutely.
Tom: I talked to my wife Christy about patience sometimes, and I said, "Christy, is patience something you just normally have by natural? You got natural, you got patience, or is it something you got to work at?" I was hoping she'd say, "Tom, either you got it or you don't," but no, she said, "Tom, you got to work at it."
Holley: I think I'll say there's 50/50.
Tom: I am working at it. I said, "Christy, I've been a lawyer for 41 years, don't I deserve to be impatient?" "No, Tom." I don't want to get people the wrong idea out there. I'm very pleasant to deal with for the most part, but sometimes there are clients that they might press my patience more than others.
