What information will a lawyer need to prepare your will?

When I'm preparing a will or a trust for a client, there are three big questions: 1) Who gets the client's wealth when the client dies, 2) Who will take care of business if the client is unable to, and 3) who will make health care decision for the client if he or she is unable to.
